The liquid is sprayed undiluted onto the surface with a polysprayer. If iron or pickling residues are present, the liquid immediately changes to blue. The liquid reacts with the iron and forms a blue salt, which is clearly visible.

The respective areas must be washed again with stainless steel cleaner or passivation solution. In the case of gaps or narrow spaces, they should then be washed again with REMBA Neutral Cleaner.

The test is only valid if it is applied directly after washing. If the component has been stored outdoors or indoors, extraneous ferrite, which is produced during the processing of stainless steel, can be detected on the surface.

Do not use on blasted surfaces.
